Scout’s sailing tours are planned for just two or higher hours, to a maximum of 9 hours. We can accommodate to 6 guests in an exclusive team charter. We want you to consider the vessel as your private boat at that time you’re aboard. Our USCG certified captain is ready to modify the cruising knowledge towards certain preferences.

Our standard 2 time sail will include reduced West Grand Traverse Bay, while a complete time cruise could go as far as Suttons Bay or Omena. Are you looking for an unforgettable family adventure? Be a castaway for each day with this energy Island Package! This gem of Grand Traverse Bay is found six kilometers north of Traverse City, and is part of the Grand Traverse County Parks system. The island is uninhabited (with the exception of the playground ranger) while offering great climbing, beach combing, cycling, tanning, picnicking, and general leisure. We're going to sail within the bay, fall anchor, and ferry that the island for 2-3 hours of fun! We wrap-up a single day with a cruise to “civilization.”

While aboard, you may take part as much, or very little, while you fancy. Relax and relax or jump right in and help pilot this magnificent vessel. Use the wheel, set sails, and crank winches; we’re very happy to teach you about sailing! Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits!
