Basic Sailing Course (BSC)

The Basic Sailing program provides a head start in pursuing a pursuit in dinghy sailing. The Laser Pico is a two-person art that includes a principal sail and a jib sail. It can also be sailed single-handedly by simply removing the jib sail. Program Duration:
3 days (2 X 1 / 2 Saturdays and 2 X Sundays)*
2pm to 6pm (Saturday)
9.30am to 5.30pm (Sunday, 2 sessions concurrently)

*Class will start with a minimum of 6 members conducted in English.

Eligibility / Pre-Requisite for Basic Sailing Course
Should be in good physical shape; in a position to swim 50 metres with life buoyancy help.

Equipment:
Laser Pico and life vest should be offered.

SAFYC Associate - $192.60
Public - $321.00
